A long week

I worked a lot this week. Didn't leave the office until 7:30pm on Wednesday. But the design is done... well, the first draft of it anyway. I'm still going to be plenty busy with it for the rest of the month.

I bought a cute little lamp for my desk on Tuesday (I think it was Tuesday... I haven't slept well this week). My bedroom is really coming together. I'll try to post some pictures this weekend. The living room is still a total disaster, but I'll have to do something about that because my mom and sister are staying with me August 25-29. Maybe I'll take some before photos of the mess. lol.

Weekend plans:

• Tonight- probably watching a movie in bed and going to sleep early... It's been a long week.
• Saturday - Oil change for my car, maybe getting a chair for my desk, cleaning the apartment, Ivan's housewarming party.
• Sunday - wandering around D.C. with Gregdor, probably more cleaning.

Considering how busy I've been and how much time I've been spending at work, I really can't believe how messy my apartment has become. It's not dirty... but there's just stuff everywhere. I can't handle clutter and disorganization for any significant amount of time.
