Congress finally dislodged their heads from their
butts. My faith in Congress is restored (for the time being). Seriously folks... It's a NATIONAL WILDLIFE
REFUGE! The Caribou (and the eagles, ducks, squirrels, bears, and sheep) are safe for another day.
